ELITE, at the forefront of eco-design textile flooring
To meet the requirements of sustainable interior design projects, we have developed ELITE, a 100% textile carpet tile made from recycled materials. It is composed of a loop pile layer, woven with ECONYL regenerated yarn, mounted on a TEX backing, needle-felted from recycled fibres. The collection is available in a wide range of 22 colour references, plain and mottled: 12 of them are in the catalogue and the 10 others are available on order, for an order of minimum 300 m².

Lightweight to carry, easy to cut and easy to install, linear or checkerboard laying, ELITE collection inaugurates a new generation of TecSOM carpet tiles, specially designed for high environmental value projects. The yarns and fibers used in their manufacture originate from factories exclusively dedicated to recycling. Production falls are systematically reused. All storage and manufacturing operations are carried out at our production site in Sedan. TEX backing is guaranteed without plastic, solvents, phthalates or formaldehyde. The tiles are packaged in recycled cardboard boxes.

Performance and comfort
With 540 g/m² pile weight, ELITE luxury range offers the comfort of a soft and resilient 3.4 mm loop pile tuft, which is perfect for heavy commercial use (23/33). The product demonstrates excellent dimensional stability (< 0.20%), with Bfls1 certification and 10-year warranty.
In addition to walking comfort, TEX textile backing provides the product an optimal impact noise reduction performance (27 dB) and an excellent sound absorption rate (Aw = 0.30).
