Subsidiary of SNCF Voyageurs, e.Voyageurs SNCF has been gathering, since October 2018, the group’s customer digital strengths, materialised by OUI.sncf, the SNCF Assistant and Rail Europe three platforms. Teams strongly involved in a logic of innovation and who brilliantly demonstrated it for the development of their new premises in Lille.
Building 31, prestige of the past, pride of the future
The building chosen to house the new e.Voyageurs offices is far from insignificant! It is a 25,000 m² retail and office space, located in the old Lille, at 31, rue Béthune, which once housed the Galeries Lafayette and which has just been completely rehabilitated in a spectacular way by VINCI immobilier Company. The new 31, which won, at the end of 2019, the Corporate Real Estate Pyramids Prize, a competition organized by the Federation of Real Estate Developers of France (FPI) has been renovated with the aim of offering an innovative, dynamic and attractive offer in the heart of the city, promoting quality, innovation and environmentally responsible actions development.

Workspace was designed, in close collaboration with their future users, by LR Design Espace et Environnement team, acting at the same time as ACA, interior architect and designer, with the clear objective of defining through dialogue a work environment perfectly adapted to its users in order to create a flexible and collaborative living space that resembles them.
Result is up to expectation!
Innovative ecodesign
Although the participatory approach of the project has not been the least, the emphasis has also been placed on joint responsibility for issues of public interest, including the reasoned use of resources. Materials and services selection for the implementation of the project has imperatively been based on local, French and sustainable ones.
"Ecodesign means mastering design techniques but also making sense, keeping what can be reused", explains with passion Coraline Lamour, cofounder with Bastien Righi of LRDE&E.
